The website located at https://www.kurrier.io (the “Site”) and the services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by Beta Lab Ventures, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

Certain Services require payment of fees. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing upon reasonable notice.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.
The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights except as expressly stated.
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
